Purpose :
To ensure the delivery and installation of medical supplies and equipment in an efficient and timely manner while also providing exceptional customer services.
Job Responsibilities :
- Deliver / pick-up equipment, medication or supply parcels
- Complete and submit delivery documentation / paperwork
- Good grasp of mobile devices and app’s
- Complete pre / post trip vehicle inspection
- Communicate with clients regarding parcel delivery and pick up
- Load / unload vehicle using safe lifting practices
- Report delivery issues to dispatcher and / or Order Desk
- Perform general cleaning duties
