The Company offers end-to-end managed services technology and consulting to enable the digital workplace for enterprise midsize and small business since 1987 Client provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware and software resale integration and support services and has numerous partnerships within the technology space such as HP IBM Cisco Dell Apple Inc Jamf Pro AirWatch and Microsoft.

Location : Beauharnois QC

Job Description :
Provide technical support for desktop computers including troubleshooting hardware and software issues performing routine maintenance and assisting end-users with technical problems.
Ensure systems are running efficiently and support the IT team as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Install configure and maintain desktop computers peripherals and software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues for end-users.
Perform routine system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Assist with IT inventory management including tracking equipment and software licenses.
Document technical issues solutions and procedures for future reference.
Provide guidance and support to end-users on best practices for computer usage and security.
