Vous serez responsable de la supervision de la cage quotidienne et des opérations de la banque principale. Votre forte présence sur le terrain de jeu sera essentielle à votre gestion des personnes et à l’interaction avec les clients tout en offrant un service à la clientèle exceptionnel.

Principales responsabilités :

Responsable de la supervision et de la direction de l’exploitation de la cage.
Responsable de la gestion et de la garde du flotteur du casino pour s’assurer que les actifs monétaires et les transactions sont exacts et sécurisés.
Superviser, encadrer, former le personnel tout en favorisant le travail d’équipe et la communication ouverte.
Effectuer des vérifications et des rapprochements périodiques des comptes des systèmes logiciels de jeu et transmettre les informations pertinentes aux services internes et aux organismes de réglementation des jeux concernés.
Préparer et émettre des chèques de jeu et promotionnels et rapprocher le registre mensuel des chèques.
Appelle, accepte, vérifie, enregistre et dépose des commandes en espèces et en pièces.
Supervise le chargement et le rapprochement de la machine d’échange de billets, l’audit et le suivi des feuilles, et résout les problèmes liés aux clients.
S’acquitte d’autres tâches au besoin en l’absence d’autres membres du personnel de supervision.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin :

Études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent avec 1 an ou plus d’expérience dans un rôle de leadership.

Capacité de travailler dans un endroit confiné et fermé avec la capacité physique de s’agenouiller, de s’accroupir, de se tenir debout pendant de longues périodes et de pousser, de tirer ou de soulever des objets jusqu’à 20 lb.

Forte aptitude mathématique et familiarité avec un environnement de travail par quarts à haut volume et au rythme rapide.

Connaissance pratique des logiciels informatiques et capacité d’apprendre de nouveaux logiciels et systèmes.

Excellentes compétences organisationnelles, interpersonnelles, analytiques, de communication et de résolution de problèmes.

La capacité d’obtenir l’inscription à titre d’adjoint au jeu de catégorie 1 auprès de la Commission des alcools et des jeux de l’Ontario.
