Senior Insurance Sales Representative - for Desjardins Agent

A successful Desjardins Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join a winning team for the role of Senior Insurance Sales Representative - Desjardins Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Salary Range: $50000 - $55000 / year PLUS commission and bonuses (Depending on experience - qualifications).

Requirements:

• OTL/Ribo P&C License &/or LLQP license
• 3 years or more Insurance Sales Experience
• Sales experience (outside or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Strong attention to detail
• On Site presence
