About us: Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake.

We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

Schedule: 1 Full-Time: 5:00 AM - 1:00 PM 1 Part-time: 5:00AM - 1:00 PM Must be available weekends Position Overview: As a Security Officer , you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our entertainment and gaming complex.

Your responsibilities include monitoring and responding to security concerns, enforcing policies, and maintaining a secure environment for our guests and team members.

Monitor the access to Playground by escorting visitors and inspecting bags Verify customers’ identification and confirm they meet legal standards Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel and guests Identify and report any misconduct Intervene, diffuse and perform removals in problematic situations Actively communicate with team members via radio or in person to keep personnel informed of suspicious activities.

Interact with the Peacekeepers, when necessary, to maintain the security of all individuals Conducts First Aid or CPR in emergency situations Intervene with disturbances and intoxication of guests Create daily reports by recording all incidents Patrol premises (interior and exterior) to maintain a safe environment Adhere and comply with the company's policies and procedures.As well as conduct floor inspections to ensure compliance with our safety policies ensuring physical distancing protocols are being followed throughout the gaming floor Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset) & 25 years and older Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Previous working experience as an officer required (2 years).

Experience in martial arts is an asset Valid Certificate in First Aid and CPR Physical ability to carry heavy items and stand for long hours Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays Join our team and become a vital part of an exceptional journey.

Surveillez l'accès à Playground en escortant les visiteurs et en inspectant les sacs Vérifier l'identification des clients et confirmer qu'ils respectent les normes légales Assurer la sécurité, la sûreté et le bien-être de tout le personnel et des invités Identifier et signaler toute inconduite Intervenir, diffuser et effectuer des déménagements dans des situations problématiques Communiquer activement avec les membres de l'équipe par radio ou en personne pour tenir le personnel informé des activités suspectes.

Interagir avec les Peacekeepers de Kahnawake, au besoin, pour maintenir la sécurité de tous les individus Effectue les premiers soins ou la RCR dans des situations d'urgence Intervenir avec les perturbations et l'intoxication des invités Créez des rapports quotidiens en enregistrant tous les incidents Locaux de patrouille (intérieur et extérieur) pour maintenir un environnement sécuritaire Adhérer et se conformer aux politiques de l'entreprise et procédures.

En plus d'effectuer des inspections au sol pour s'assurer de la conformité à nos politiques de sécurité, en veillant à ce que les protocoles de distanciation physique soient suivis dans toute la salle de jeu Exigences : Excellentes compétences en communication en anglais (le français est un atout) & 25 ans et plus Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.

Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes Expérience professionnelle en tant qu'officier requise (2 ans).
