SAP Support Specialist – Data Quality
(Materials Management - MM)

Position Summary
The SAP Support Specialist – Data Quality (MM Module) plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of SAP master data supporting procurement, material planning, and supply chain operations. This position is responsible for managing scheduling agreements,
improving data quality, resolving master data discrepancies, and supporting daily purchasing activities. The ideal candidate combines SAP MM expertise with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
SAP Master Data Management
 Maintain, update, and validate SAP MM master data to ensure accuracy and compliance
with business requirements.
 Identify, investigate, and eliminate duplicate master data records to improve data integrity
and reporting reliability.
 Monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions where needed.
 Maintain scheduling agreements and ensure alignment with supplier contracts and
purchasing requirements.
 Verify proper linkage and functionality between Scheduling Agreements (SA), Info Records,
Source Lists (SL), Purchase Orders (POs), and Goods Receipts.
 Support the creation and maintenance of Spot Buy Purchase Orders.
 Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and ad hoc purchasing reports.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
 Partner with Purchasing, Planning, Logistics, and Operations teams to understand business
requirements and improve data quality.
 Collaborate with IT and SAP support teams to resolve system and master data issues.
 Support continuous improvement initiatives related to procurement and supply chain
processes.
Documentation & Training

 Develop and maintain documentation for SAP data management procedures and best
practices.
 Provide user guidance and training on data governance standards and SAP MM processes.
 Promote data accuracy and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications
Required
 Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration,
Information Systems, or a related field.
 Strong understanding of SAP and experience supporting SAP Materials Management (MM)
processes.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly advanced Excel.
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Preferred
 Experience in purchasing, procurement, material planning, or supply chain operations.
 Experience in the electronics and/or automotive industry.
