Job Title : Salesforce Business Analyst Duration : Contract  Location : Hybrid in Toronto, ON  Job Description : Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform using Financial Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

3 - 5 years working as a Business Analyst with proven experience in agile delivery, in the area of requirements management on large and complex projects

Experience with Wealth and or Investment Banking

Combination of traditional business analysis skills with agile analysis skills, and the ability to identify the need for and use techniques from either skillset (system context diagrams, use cases, storyboards, relative estimation)

Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation.

Requirement elicitation techniques such as User stories Data Analysis, Document Analysis, Interviews, Facilitated Workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus Groups, Surveys

Requirements management and communication – requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, backlog management, User provisioning & prioritization Nice-to-have Experience working in Scrum environments

Salesforce Administrator certification

Critical Thinking and Design Thinking skills with experience in User Centered Design

Asset Management Experience preferred
