Ensure compensation programs are designed within consideration of needs, sustainability, competitive market positioning, emerging industry trends and innovations, and governance.
Leads all aspects of the administration of all compensation plans and programs, proposes changes, ensures regulatory compliance, and ensures effective HRIS and payroll integration. Efficiently manages workflow and deadlines, makes policy and program recommendations, and recommends / initiates innovative approaches, policies, and procedures to support continuous improvement.
Participates in setting strategic deliverables of the compensation programs, including communication and implementation. Utilize data and analytics to provide insights and advice to monitor, report on and optimize compensation programs and strategies.
Leads, coaches, manages, and develops the Compensation team to deliver on strategies.
Collaborates with other Equity and People leaders and Business Partner to develop programs and initiatives to improve practices, processes, and programs to ensure organizational wellness and effectiveness, and alignment with business needs. Effectively manages employee and key partner relations and escalations.
You have :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in Compensation
At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, HRIS systems).
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Charted Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) is a nice to have, but not required

The salary range for the role is $102,200 to $153,200 and a candidate’s offer is likely to be up to the mid-point of the role ($127,700) . The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and skill.
