Agilus is recruiting for a Personal Executive Assistant in the fashion industry in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Our client is looking for a Personal Executive Assistant to help her and join her team permanently. This is a mix of personal and executive type duties working in an office, from home, and from the creator’s home. The perfect person for this position is able to work independently, has outstanding problem-solving skills, and is highly organized.

Duties :

• Liaise between Executive and other household staff – Nanny, Housekeeper, contracted workers, to ensure projects are assigned, completed, payments organized, and calendars on projects are kept up to date
• Manage calendar related to personal property – boats, houses re : taxes, upkeep, repairs, renovations, booking trades people and managing projects with external contractors, etc.
• Acting as the first point of contact between managers and internal / external clients
• Completely manage the email inbox, and personal and work calendars - scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
• Making transport, business accommodation, and travel arrangements and organizing events and conferences
• Preparing reports, presentations, and briefs
• Filing the business and travel expenses
