Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
- Assess, monitor, and document residents' or patients' health status.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and physician orders.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Monitor changes in patient conditions and communicate concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Promote a safe and respectful environment for residents, patients, visitors, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations, infection prevention protocols, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- Current registration and good standing with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS).
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Previous experience in long-term care, retirement, hospital, rehabilitation, or community healthcare is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.

Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, success metrics, and product objectives. Drive product adoption, user engagement, and continuous product improvement. Ensure AI and analytics products are scalable, secure, and aligned with business goals. AI, Machine Learning & Advanced Analytics Lead the development and implementation of AI and machine learning solutions. Identify opportunities to leverage predictive analytics, automation, and AI to improve business performance. Work closely with data scientists and engineers to develop, validate, and monitor machine learning models. Support experimentation using forecasting, statistical analysis, segmentation, and A/B testing. Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations for business leaders. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Oversee the development of dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting. Define reporting standards, KPI frameworks, and data quality metrics. Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Azure, and business intelligence tools. Deliver clear, executive-level insights through compelling data visualization and storytelling. Support strategic planning, forecasting, operational reporting, and business case development. Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Leadership Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, operations, and external partners. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, sprint planning, and product reviews. Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Mentor analysts and promote best practices in product ownership, analytics, and reporting. Champion Agile methodologies and continuous improvement across product teams. Job Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline. 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, AI, Machine Learning, or Data Product Management. Proven experience leading enterprise data or AI product initiatives from concept through implementation. Strong experience with Agile methodologies and product backlog management. Advanced SQL and Python skills. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms. Experience working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Snowflake. Strong understanding of machine learning, predictive analytics, and statistical modeling. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification. Experience with Salesforce or CRM analytics. Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries. Familiarity with MLOps, data governance, and AI model lifecycle management. Experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in production environments.
