PURPOSE

The Sales Operations & Pricing Analyst plays a dual role, combining core sales operations responsibilities with ownership of pricing governance and customer profiling. This position supports the North American team through data analytics, reporting, process optimization, pricing execution, and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst ensures accurate program execution, consistent and strategic pricing executions, and provides actionable insights to empower the sales team to win in the market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales Analytics & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports (sales performance, category trends, sell-through metrics).
• Analyze sell-through data to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports for Sales Managers.

Customer Profiling & Segmentation

Pricing Governance & Execution

Process & Systems Optimization

Sales Support
