We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturing company serving industries such as aerospace, automotive, defense, fuel cell technology, marine, and mining. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional with 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing and technical sales to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and promote cutting-edge manufacturing solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to travel both locally and internationally to meet with clients, present technical solutions, and secure new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Effectively communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Travel locally and internationally to meet clients, present offerings, and secure sales opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications & Skills :
3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing or technical sales with a proven track record of success .
Strong knowledge of the manufacturing industry, including CNC machining, fuel cell components, aerospace, or related sectors.
Ability to initiate, follow up, and close large sales while managing multiple accounts.
Experience with HubSpot, Thomasnet, ZoomInfo, or similar sales tools.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel as needed (locally and internationally) and hold a valid driver’s license.
Education :
A degree in Engineering, Sales, Customer Service, or a related field is preferred.
