Leader dans la formulation et la fabrication de revêtements tels que les époxydes, polyuréthanes, polyaspartiques, mortiers cimentaires, scellants, bouche-fissures, adhésifs, et encore plus, nous recherchons un Représentant Technique Senior des Ventes pour enrichir notre équipe dynamique et innovante. Avec plus de 90 ans d'expérience cumulée, nous offrons des solutions sur mesure qui protègent et prolongent la durée de vie des investissements de nos clients.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer de nouvelles relations d'affaires et entretenir les relations existantes avec les clients dans l'industrie des revêtements de sol.
  • Comprendre et conseiller techniquement les clients sur les produits MAGIECHEM adaptés à leurs besoins spécifiques.
  • Effectuer des démonstrations de produit et fournir des échantillons aux clients potentiels.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de vente trimestriels.
  • Rester informé des dernières tendances et technologies du marché des revêtements de sol.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de chimistes pour le support technique et pour adapter nos produits aux spécifications ('specs') des architectes, assurant ainsi que nos solutions répondent précisément à leurs exigences pour les projets de construction et de rénovation.
  • Qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en chimie, en génie chimique ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente de produits techniques, idéalement dans le secteur des revêtements, peintures ou matériaux de construction.
  • Maîtrise du français et très bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
  • Fortes compétences en communication, négociation et persuasion.
  • Capacité à voyager régionalement et internationalement pour rencontrer les clients et assister à des salons professionnels.

    Leader in the formulation and manufacturing of coatings such as epoxies, polyurethanes, polyaspartics, cementitious mortars, sealants, crack fillers, adhesives, and more, we are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Representative to enrich our dynamic and innovative team. With over 90 years of combined experience , we offer custom solutions that protect and extend the lifespan of our clients' investments.

    Responsibilities :

  • Develop new business relationships and maintain existing relationships with clients in the flooring coatings industry.
  • Understand and technically advise clients on MAGIECHEM products tailored to their specific needs.
  • Perform product demonstrations and provide samples to potential clients.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay informed of the latest trends and technologies in the flooring coatings market.
  • Work closely with the team of chemists for technical support and to tailor our products to architects specifications, ensuring our solutions precisely meet their requirements for construction and renovation projects.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales of technical products, ideally within the coatings, paints, or construction materials sector.
  • Proficiency in French and very good knowledge of English.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally to meet clients and attend professional events.
