As a Construction Lawyer, you will provide legal expertise in construction-related matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance with regulations. You will work with contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to manage legal risks.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
Represent clients in construction-related disputes and litigation.
Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management strategies.
Provide legal counsel on construction liens and project financing.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and Bar membership in good standing.

Experience in construction law or real estate development.

Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.

Knowledge of construction regulations and industry standards.
