As we continue to grow our portfolio, we are seeking a dynamic and driven Leasing Specialist to join our team.
Position Summary
We are looking for a results-oriented Leasing Specialist with a strong background in residential real estate or property management. The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, is self-motivated, and is excited about the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute all aspects of the leasing process, including lead follow-up, property tours, application processing, and lease signing
- Create and implement strategies to drive traffic and increase leasing conversion
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor properties, and pricing
- Coordinate with property management and marketing teams to ensure units are move-in ready and effectively promoted
- Track leasing metrics and report on performance to senior management
- Assist in planning and executing resident events and community engagement initiatives
