YWCA Banff is looking for a people‑first People & Culture Coordinator to build and strengthen an employee experience. You will play a key role in shaping a growing People & Culture department by supporting hiring, onboarding, people systems, and culture initiatives that help staff feel connected, valued, and set up to thrive. This role reports directly to the People & Culture Manager and helps foster a supportive, inclusive, engaged workplace where every employee has a sense of belonging, feels valued, and is connected to our mission. It also supports People & Culture functions and ensures HR processes run smoothly across every stage of the employee lifecycle.
- Salary : $50,000 – $60,000
- Full‑time, Year‑Round Position
- 37.5 hours per week
- Hybrid – In‑Office / Work from Home

Position Details
The People & Culture Coordinator is a full‑time, year‑round position working 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of $50,000 to $60,000. This role follows a hybrid work model, combining in‑office and work‑from‑home arrangements. The successful candidate must be located in the Bow Valley.
Housing can be a barrier in the Bow Valley; subsidized staff accommodation is currently available for the successful candidate.
