Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively across departments. We’re looking for a Development Specialist in the manufacturing industry.
Our client is a leader in tubing and hose manufacturing on a global scale. They are excited to add a Development Specialist to lead the advancement of their PVC compounds and oversee the entire product development cycle for PVC hose and tubing range . The Development Specialist will shape new product creation and refine manufacturing processes.
Development Specialist responsibilities :
- Drive the development of innovative PVC compound formulations, guaranteeing products meet or exceed quality standards.
- Oversee the development of hose and tubing products, from design to production, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation.
- Optimize PVC compound manufacturing processes to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, sales, and marketing, to align product development goals with business objectives.
- Effectively manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge and ensure compliance.
- Offer technical expertise and training to production teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
