The RCSM is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and customer recruitment objectives and represents the entire range of company products and services to assigned customers within their regions. The RCSM report to the National Sales Manager, however we are looking for independent territory leaders who are self-managing. The RCSM will be responsible but not limited to the following :

Prospect, qualify and develop new customer relationships both within partner and end-user communities

Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including sales, support, service, training, and management resources, in order to meet channel performance objectives and customer expectations

Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned region

Drives adoption of company programs among assigned region customers

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Engineering Leadership to Identify, build, and execute go-to-market

programs and solutions to meet the customer needs within region and vertical markets

Participation in regional and national tradeshows

Specific Knowledge & Skills :

Seeking 5+ years of channel sales experience in a business-to-business technology / physical security sales environment with a track record of success

Proven track-record of Territory Management, Prospecting skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Industry (Product) knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for sales and Self-starter attitude

Proficient knowledge of security and / or building automation products

Prior experience with selling enterprise solutions is a plus

Effective understanding and experience with the corporate culture, environment, and decision processes

Effective understanding of the A & E culture and environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Le DRVC est responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de ventes, de rentabilité et de recrutement de clients et représente l'ensemble de la gamme de produits et services de l'entreprise auprès des clients assignés dans leurs régions. Le DRVC relève du directeur national des ventes, cependant nous recherchons des leaders de territoire indépendants et autogérés. Le DRVC sera responsable, sans toutefois s'y limiter, des tâches suivantes :

Prospecter, qualifier et développer de nouvelles relations clients tant au sein des communautés partenaires que sein des communauté d'utilisateurs

Connaissances et compétences spécifiques :

À la recherche d'au moins 5 années d'expérience dans la vente par canaux dans un environnement de vente de technologies / sécurité physique interentreprises avec des antécédents de réussite

Expérience avérée en matière de gestion de territoire, de compétences en prospection, de négociation, de confiance en soi, de connaissance du secteur (produit), de compétences en présentation, de relations avec les clients, de motivation pour les ventes et d'attitude autonome.

Connaissance approfondie des produits de sécurité et / ou d'automatisation

Une expérience préalable dans la vente de solutions d'entreprise est un plus

Compréhension et expérience efficaces de la culture d'entreprise, de l'environnement et des processus décisionnels

Compréhension efficace de la culture et de l'environnement A&U

Excellentes capacités de communication verbales et écrites
