The successful candidate will report to the Vice President of Business Solutions for the Central Region and be tasked to lead a team of HVAC-R experts working in the applied Business Solution markets, focused on the Industrial, Institutional, Commercial and Residential markets.

The territory encompasses the Sudbury, North Bay, Parry Sound,Thunderbay, Timmins and Sault Ste Marie regions.

What you will accomplish with us :

  • Mobilize and develop sales teams for the Business Solution market in the Northern Ontario Territory
  • Ensure the evolution of their performance and commitments.
  • Create and execute sales growth plans in alignment with the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure the execution of standard sales processes (prospecting, qualification, design, bidding strategies, follow-up, closing, management, operations, and after-sales) and extract maximum value and opportunities at each stage of the value chain.
  • Promote the product ecosystem to create opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Identify new customers, establish new relationships, and develop new markets.
  • Manage existing customer accounts (contractors, engineers, etc.) and have preferred relationships with senior executives.
  • Implement stakeholder knowledge development plans (customers, employees, etc.) on products, systems, industry trends, and developments.
  • Maintain and improve relationships with manufacturers.
  • Resolve or escalate issues with manufacturers and address sensitive matters with customers.
  • Create and maintain synergies with the distribution group to generate cross-selling opportunities and strategic advantages.
  • Promote, apply, and actively participate in process improvement initiatives. Manage and audit quality processes.
  • Promote, apply, and actively participate in data collection initiatives to generate accurate business information and key performance indicators
  • Engage in legal, credit, procurement, logistics, and other aspects of our business.

What You Bring to Our Team :

  • Over 10 years of sales experience in the HVAC-R field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales team leadership experience.
  • Knowledge of French and English languages (an asset).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with CRM / ERP systems.
  • Superior negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills : verbal, auditory, written and presentation skills.
