A strong sales background with demonstrated leadership capabilities—this is critical for success in the role. A solid track record of successfully managing, leading, and inspiring teams. Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field is preferred. 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting (e.g., for-profit healthcare or service-based industries). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations. Genuine passion for the medical aesthetics industry. A commitment to long-term growth in the role (3–5 years) with confidence in managing complex relationships with medical professionals. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong business acumen.

What you will be doing :
- Manage all aspects of clinic operations, including performance management and strategic planning.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and meeting sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate your team through regular coaching, development plans, and clear performance goals.
- Handle daily operations, resource allocation, and ensure smooth clinic functionality.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members to uphold clinic standards.
- Monitor operational accuracy, including invoices, deposits, and financial reports.
- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
- Conduct consultations with clients and organize information sessions to enhance patient engagement.
