We are seeking an experienced, customer-centric leader who is ready to take on the role of Regional Director for the British Columbia and Ontario locations.

As a Regional Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of Chatters Limited Partnership, embodying the company's values and commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Store Operations , this is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to provide support to our locations in British Columbia and Ontario some travel required.

This opportunity is open to applicants residing in British Columbia or Ontario.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Leadership and Team Management :

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership to the regional team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • You’re an excellent problem solver who knows how to get things done. You work closely with the District Managers to implement relevant objectives, KPI’s, processes and programs.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and staff across multiple locations.
  • Foster a positive and dynamic work culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Operational Excellence :

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all locations within the region, ensuring adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, maximize sales, and enhance profitability.Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to address operational challenges.

Guest Experience :

Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction.

Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to anticipate and respond to changing market demands.Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Financial Management :

Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial targets in collaboration with the executive team.Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take proactive measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization.

Strategic Planning and Execution :

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies.Identify market opportunities, expansion prospects, and competitive threats, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.

Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.

Communication and Reporting :

Facilitate effective communication channels within the regional team and across the organization, promoting transparency, collaboration, and accountability.

Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management on regional performance, key initiatives, and strategic priorities.

Maintain a high level of competence and professionalism when representing Chatters at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Three to five years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director or in a similar multi-site management capacity, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and optimizing operational performance within the beauty or retail industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, execution, and change management, with the ability to lead organizational initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • You know your way around a computer and you’re comfortable learning new applications and systems.
  • Familiarity with retail management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other technology platforms used in the industry.
