Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the project-specific QA/QC Execution Plan and associated templates within Procore.
  • Audit subcontractor QA/QC processes and documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

  • Monitor subcontractor quality performance and proactively identify recurring issues related to workmanship, manpower, material procurement, scheduling, or communication.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams to resolve quality concerns while maintaining positive working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
  • Assist with material receiving inspections to verify compliance with approved submittals and project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track inspections, quality signoffs, turnover requirements, and subcontractor handovers.
  • Prepare internal and client-facing QA/QC reports as required.
  • Assist with daily construction reporting by documenting completed work, planned work not completed, and reasons for schedule delays.
  • Support project closeout by tracking, reviewing, and organizing turnover documentation, warranties, testing records, and final quality deliverables.
  • Promote compliance with Clark Builders' safety policies, quality standards, and project procedures.

  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, quality processes, and industry standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, shop drawings, QA/QC plans, and contract documents.
