TEKsystemsEdmonton,AB,CanadaOur client is looking to add a Safety Communications Officer to their team in downtown Edmonton on a 6 month contract basis.
The responsibilities for this position include :
- Monitor 3 phone lines and the radio in order to action follow-up tasks, multi-tasking through various databases to provide information and updates
- Perform inbound and outbound calls to check in on remote workers
- Following emergency protocol and crisis protocols as required
- Handle inbound calls from external customers regarding inquiries, complaints, etc.
Qualifications for this role include :
This role requires availability for days, afternoons, nights shifts 7 days / week, with a 5 day 40 hours work week.
Potential for contract to extend or convert to a permanent role based on performance
