Ensure reporting, safety, and compliance are accurate and up to date. Promote a safe, respectful, and collaborative work environment. 5+ years of experience in civil construction, underground utilities, or oil & gas projects. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities. Comfortable with Excel, email, and digital reporting tools. Valid Class 5 driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as needed.
