In conjunction with PCI’s development pipeline which includes over 6,000 homes and 3 million sq ft of commercial space, WPM is well positioned for further growth.

WPM is now seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President, Property Management to join the organization as a key member of the executive team, a representative in the marketplace and to lead all aspects of WPM’s core property management activities.

In this key leadership role responsible for a team of over 140, the SVP will have a mandate to help evolve and enhance WPM’s property management operations by improving process and standardization, introducing KPIs and metrics, leveraging technology to increase efficiency and automation, and continue to develop and mentor a technically strong team.

The challenge will be to evolve the business while retaining what has made the company so successful its talent and client-centric, people-first, and entrepreneurial culture.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished real estate leader with extensive experience managing large-scale property management operations and teams as well as knowledge and expertise serving institutional clients.

An exceptional change and people leader, the SVP will be equally adept at working with internal and external stakeholders and working collaboratively with all other business lines, as well as building relationships and providing exceptional service to a diverse range of clients.

The SVP will be a strong strategic thinker capable of contributing to discussions across all areas of business and help bring innovative thinking and an orientation toward technology to shape the future of property management and the real estate industry.

The expected base salary range for this role is $250,000+ plus bonus and benefits.
