Why this role is important
Our store team members contribute to a positive shopping experience by ensuring the store is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. They engage with customers through friendly conversations and product knowledge.
Responsibilities include :
- Providing excellent customer service by maintaining product displays and assisting customers
- Stocking shelves and ensuring product organization according to company standards
- Accurately scanning products, managing stock levels, and assisting with ordering
- Implementing promotions and company programs
- Keeping areas clean and adhering to safety regulations
