Job descriptionEnsure adherence to changing regulations by updating policies and practices. Conduct audits to maintain quality standards and licensing requirements. Assist in budgeting and manage resource allocation efficiently. Prepare funding, expense, and financial forecasting reports. Oversee contracts with affiliated providers. Organize training, workshops, and recruitment strategies to enhance service delivery. Facilitate best practices and resource-sharing sessions. Present regular performance and growth reports to senior management. Partner with marketing to promote services and recruitment. Develop materials for in-person, hybrid, and virtual program delivery. Act as a liaison with government bodies, community organizations, and stakeholders. Education : Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Master’s in Social Services, or related field. Experience : 3+ years in program or business management. Not-for-profit experience. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and database tools; advanced IT and Excel expertise. Key Skills : Leadership, communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving. Other Requirements : Strong organizational and financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation. English fluency (verbal and written), with the ability to produce reports and correspondence. Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check.
