Manager, Business Solutions - Job Description :
The Manager, Business Solutions is responsible for the development, delivery, and support of business solutions across various business areas and enterprise-wide platforms. This role involves maintaining, planning, evaluating, and implementing business solutions to enhance operational excellence and financial performance.
Manager, Business Solutions - Responsibilities :
- Contribute to IT Strategy and develop the annual information technology budget
- Identify and recommend new technologies for operational excellence and competitive edge
- Stay current with industry trends and educate management on their impacts
- Work with vendors to ensure proper contracts and pricing
- Lead and support the development of business cases and gather / document requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for product development and delivery
- Lead the solution support team and manage external vendors
- Recruit, lead, and develop a team of IT professionals
