Description
The Outreach Department provides recreational based respite programming for individuals living with their families in the community. Outreach services young children, teenagers and adults. The focus of Outreach is to provide programming which enhances life and social skills and community inclusion. Programs are provided within Reena and larger community settings. Additionally, Outreach strives to incorporate Jewish philosophies within its programming.
Reena is actively looking for Temporary Contract, Recreational Support Workers (RSWs) to work within its Community Outreach programs for a week. As an RSW, you would provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Work Schedule :
March 16th (Monday) – March 20th (Friday)
- Hours : 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

This is an existing, seasonal contract position offered annually for the March Break program.

In 1977, Reena began receiving funding from the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services and since that time has grown to provide support for hundreds of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Reena offers a variety of services including : residential support, respite programs, counselling, therapy and advocacy.
