Joignez-vous à une organisation boutique en fiscalité, en forte croissance, qui sert une clientèle sophistiquée et exigeante. Ce rôle clé vise à structurer les opérations, sécuriser l’information sensible et permettre à la fondatrice de se concentrer sur le travail à plus haute valeur. Vous aurez un périmètre large, une autonomie élevée et un impact direct sur la performance du cabinet.

Responsabilités — structurer, prioriser et faire rouler les opérations au quotidien

  • Orchestrer le calendrier, les priorités et les suivis de la fondatrice afin de protéger son temps et sécuriser les échéances critiques.
  • Coordonner l’intake client de bout en bout (KYC, vérifications de conflits, lettres de mandat) et assurer la conformité documentaire des dossiers.
  • Piloter le tableau de bord des dossiers actifs et produire les rapports de performance mensuels pour soutenir les décisions et la planification.
  • Superviser les ressources juniors et contractuels en assignant le travail, en suivant l’avancement et en assurant la qualité des livrables.
  • Gérer les fournisseurs externes et la collaboration avec le comptable externe pour assurer la fluidité des opérations.
  • Administrer la facturation professionnelle, effectuer le suivi des paiements et maintenir une traçabilité rigoureuse.
  • Implanter et faire évoluer le stack technologique (incluant ClickUp ou équivalent) ainsi que les processus, en documentant des procédures claires et durables.

Profil recherché — expérience solide en cabinet et discrétion irréprochable

  • Cumuler 8 à 15 ans d’expérience en cabinet professionnel (ex. fiscalité, family office, services comptables, services juridiques ou notariaux).
  • Maîtriser les cycles de mandat et la facturation en services professionnels, avec une bonne rigueur de suivi.
  • Être à l’aise dans un environnement outillé (ClickUp ou équivalent; Microsoft 365 ou Google Workspace).
  • Comprendre le vocabulaire fiscal de base pour naviguer efficacement dans les dossiers et les échanges.
  • Communiquer avec aisance en français et en anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
  • Travailler en autonomie complète, avec une capacité marquée d’anticipation et de priorisation.
  • Faire preuve de discrétion absolue, de standards élevés et d’une approche orientée solutions.

Conditions — rémunération, bonus, avantages et flexibilité

  • Offrir un salaire entre 80 000 $ et 100 000 $.
  • Ajouter un bonus pouvant aller jusqu’à 15 % du salaire.
  • Donner 4 semaines de vacances.
  • Inclure des avantages complets: dentaire, médical, assurance collective et contribution REER.
  • Proposer une flexibilité d’horaire.
  • Travailler en mode hybride: 3 jours au bureau à la région centre-ville et 2 jours en télétravail.
