Job description
To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated full-time Food Production Specialist.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Preparing various pasta products, pastries, and granules.
  • Preparing and working with ingredients according to recipes.
  • Operating and monitoring ovens and processing equipment.
  • Ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
  • Checking raw materials and inventory levels.
  • Assisting in the development of new products.
  • Cleaning production and work equipment.
  • Packaging and filling finished products.

Your Profile:
  • Completed training as a baker or comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience.
  • Manual dexterity and a passion for the art of baking.
  • Proficiency in working with various types of dough, ingredients, and baking methods.
  • A reliable, meticulous, and independent work ethic.
  • A sense of responsibility and flexibility in handling a variety of tasks.
  • Strong commitment to quality and high standards regarding the freshness, taste, and presentation of products.
  • Enjoyment of hands-on work and a passion for high-quality baked goods.
  • Ability to work well in a team and an open, collegial personality.
  • Willingness to adhere to and implement all hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in operating technical equipment.
  • Creativity and interest in the further development of existing products as well as in the implementation of new recipe ideas.
  • Physical fitness and stamina for work in the production area, involving a combination of standing, walking, and heavy lifting.
