Responsabilités : - Création de réquisition et bon de commande - Réconciliation de carte de crédit - Suivi de facturation - Assistance auprès des acheteurs - Assistance auprès du directeur (rendez vous, calendrier) - Suivi des commandesQualifications requises : - AEC en approvisionnement ou tout autre diplôme pertinent - Expérience pertinente dans un poste similaire - Avoir des aptitudes marquées sur le plan de la communication verbale et écrite et une excellente capacité de rédaction; - Bonne connaissance de la bureautique ainsi que des logiciels couramment utilisés dans le travail de bureau (traitement de texte, chiffrier électronique, base de données, etc.); - Avoir de l'expérience sur un ERP; - Maîtrise de la langue française écrite et parlée afin de pouvoir communiquer avec les clients internes et externes;
