Procurement Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to provide consultation, coordination, and support in procurement and contract management. In this role, you will work as part of a team dedicated to assisting clients in utilizing enterprise-wide vendor agreements effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide expert advice to clients, understand their needs, and lead the development of procurement materials for acquiring goods and services.
Manage relationships with clients and vendors, administering RFS, contracts, agreements, and statements of work while resolving any issues.
Develop second-stage procurement materials and lead vendor interactions.
Ensure compliance with directives, policies, and standards.
Communicate updates, resolve conflicts diplomatically, and promote a fair and transparent procurement process.
Required Skills and Experience :
Strong knowledge of procurement principles and processes.
Proven experience managing client needs and maintaining positive, complex relationships.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members.
Proficiency in planning and executing procurement tasks..
