- Accueillir et former les nouveaux membres de l'équipe
- Soutenir les membres de l'équipe dans leurs performances et leur développement
- Susciter l'enthousiasme et soutenir les efforts d'engagement
Contribuer à la création de clients enthousiastes
Déployer des pratiques cohérentes à l'égard des clients, axées sur la nourriture, le service et l'atmosphère.
- S'impliquer dans les responsabilités partagées
- Préparer et contrôler les activités de production d'un produit de qualité supérieure.
- Suivre quotidiennement des systèmes organisés et efficaces
