The Technical Lead for Test / Interface / Uc Board Bringup plays a critical role in overseeing technology implementation within projects. This position entails providing expert guidance and solutions to ensure successful project completion while fostering technical excellence and compliance among team members. The individual will drive innovation and efficiency, reinforcing best practices in design verification and validation.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Technical Guidance and Solutions : Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards in test and interface processes to ensure high-quality outputs from the team.
Develop and Enhance Team Capabilities : Facilitate knowledge transfer and increase overall productivity in Uc Board Bringup.
Ensure Process Compliance : Participate in technical discussions and reviews, serve as a consultant for feasibility studies, assess technical alternatives, and identify potential risks.
Prepare and Submit Status Reports : Minimize project exposure and risks, address escalations effectively, and promote proactive resolutions.

Skill Requirements

Solid understanding of Test / Interface / Uc Board Bringup processes and methodologies.

In-depth knowledge of design verification and validation techniques.

Proficiency in PCB design tools and relevant software applications.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess technical risks and provide effective solutions.

Certification

Optional but valuable certifications include Certified Test Engineer (CTE), IPC Certified Interconnect Designer (CID), or relevant industry-standard certifications.
