Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to serve as a key subject matter expert supporting end‑to‑end payroll operations for our Canadian workforce.
This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy, legislative compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous process improvement across a multi‑province employee population.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:
What you will bring to the team:
- 5+ years of experience in a multi‑jurisdictional Canadian payroll environment (required)
- Proven experience processing payrolls of over 1,000+ employees) (required)
- Canadian Payroll Association certification (PCP or CPM) or actively working toward completion
- Diploma in Business, Accounting or a related field (asset)
- Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (analysis, reconciliations, reporting)
- Strong working knowledge of SAP payroll and/or ADP GlobalView
- Solid understanding of Canadian employment standards, statutory deductions, and HR policies
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
