Job description
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized HR & Administration Specialist to join their team! This exciting position offers the opportunity to stay connected to both people and operations - supporting everything from onboarding and employee experience to office coordination and leadership support. Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all HR related issues
  • Coordinate employee recruitment, onboarding and HR documentation
  • Support payroll processes and liaise with external payroll providers
  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records and HR files
  • Support policy implementation related to workplace procedures and compliance.
  • Manage office administration, including systems, documentation, and reporting
  • Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day priorities
  • Coordinate office operations, including vendors, supplies, and office related needs
  • Prepare meeting materials, coordinate meetings, and support internal communication
  • Champion a positive and collaborative workplace culture
Qualifications:
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; CHRP Certification is required
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in HR support roles
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Proven experience working effectively with external vendors and service providers
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are critical for success in this role
  • Candidates must have the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based software is required
  • This is an in-office position
