Salary : $75,000 (based on experience)

We would love to meet for this role :

  • At least 2 years of payroll experience with both Canadian and US payroll
  • Fluently bilingual in order to communicate with employees in Ontario and Quebec
  • Experience with ADP
  • Microsoft knowledge

Main Responsibilities :

  • Ensure accuracy of all payroll data (Benefits forms, expense reimbursements, deductions)
  • Participate to the year-end activities for the Canadian and US payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing
  • Process all regular, premiums, vacation pay, allowances, increases, retroactive, commission, adjustments and other special payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Calculate and reconcile vacation, compensation and sick leave banks and payments
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll and benefits functions
  • Input new hires, rehires and terminations and any changes regarding employee records
  • Generate and process records of employment, income tax forms, remittances and cheque requests
