Job descriptionProcess supplier invoices for payment, verify and reconcile accounts payable statements. Review and verify the amounts invoiced by suppliers, purchase orders and expense reports. Follow up on communications (email, telephone) related to accounts payable. Prepare and process check, e-transfer and credit card payments. Maintain accurate records of all account payable transactions. Assist in coordination with other divisions. All other related tasks as required. Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an AP role within a large organization in a high volume accounting department. Proficient in Sage / Microsoft / Google Docs. DEP in accounting. Knowledge of basic accounting skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Bilingual. Traiter les factures des fournisseurs en vue de leur paiement, vérifier et rapprocher les états des comptes fournisseurs. Examiner et vérifier les montants facturés par les fournisseurs, les bons de commande et les notes de frais. Assurer le suivi des communications (courriel, téléphone) relatives aux comptes fournisseurs. Préparer et traiter les paiements par chèque, virement électronique et carte de crédit. Tenir des registres précis de toutes les transactions relatives aux comptes créditeurs. Contribuer à la coordination avec les autres divisions. Toutes les autres tâches connexes requises. Minimum de 2 années d'expérience dans un poste aux comptes payables au sein d'une grande organisation dans un département comptable à volume élevé. Maîtrise de Sage / Microsoft / Google Docs. DEP en comptabilité. Connaissance des compétences de base en comptabilité. Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à respecter les délais. Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout, mais non requise. Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps Excellentes compétences en communication, tant écrite que verbale. Être bilingue, un atout. L'utilisation du genre masculin inclut le féminin et n'est utilisée que pour faciliter la lecture.
