Job descriptionEnsure accuracy of all payroll data (Benefits forms, expense reimbursements, deductions) Participate to the year-end activities for the Canadian and US payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing Process all regular, premiums, vacation pay, allowances, increases, retroactive, commission, adjustments and other special payments in a timely and accurate manner Calculate and reconcile vacation, compensation and sick leave banks and payments Maintain detailed records and documentation of payroll and benefits functions Input new hires, rehires and terminations and any changes regarding employee records Generate and process records of employment, income tax forms, remittances and cheque requests
