  • Your days will include :

  • Accounts payable functions including entering vouchers and processing receipts and invoices into Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting system
  • Data entry from various information sources into different systems
  • Correspondence with external vendors and various internal parties and respond to inquiries
  • To succeed in this role, you must possess :

  • Basic training or experience using MS Office software
  • Experience with Great Plains would be an asset
  • Post Secondary schooling in accounting or AP experience
  • Ability to work independently and attention to detail for greater accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Grade 12 Diploma
  • 3 years’ experience in a computerized office environment is an asset
  • Basic accounting knowledge required
