550 JMD / Hour with Performance-Based Bonuses
Cosan is seeking a compassionate and customer-focused Patient Enrollment Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, helping them understand and enroll in our care management programs. You will provide guidance throughout the enrollment process and offer continued support to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every patient.
Key Responsibilities :
Educate patients about Cosan’s care management programs
Guide patients through the enrollment process with empathy and clarity
Work collaboratively with our dedicated team to ensure exceptional patient support
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications – Required :
A minimum of three (3) CXC passes or equivalent, High School Diploma / GED, or a combination of experience and related skills
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales
Proficiency using basic computer tools and navigating between applications
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of customer service practices, with strong reading and writing skills
