We are looking for an Client Care Coordinator to join our clients team in Surrey, British Columbia, on a long-term contract basis. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing client interactions while providing exceptional administrative support. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations and contributing to the success of two clinic locations. (Must be able to commute to both sites on a varying schedule)
Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming calls and greet clients in a detail-oriented and welcoming manner.
- Manage complex billing processes, including government regulations, funding claims, and medical insurance billing.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business growth.
- Assist walk-in clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain and organize physical files and handle paper-based administrative tasks.
- Support marketing efforts by managing call lists and campaigns.
- Coordinate service appointments and testing sessions for clients.
- Learn and adapt to internal systems and processes to ensure efficiency.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles or working as an MOA.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
- Experience in healthcare or medical billing is highly desirable.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with scheduling and appointment management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
