Job description

A Career at Clarius

Today, as many as 25 million medical professionals globally don’t have access to medical imaging, which is proven to improve patient care and reduce healthcare costs. That’s why we’re on a mission to make medical imaging accessible everywhere by delivering high-performance, affordable, and easy-to-use solutions powered by artificial intelligence and connected to the cloud.

By making Clarius your next career move, you’re joining an innovative and highly collaborative team. You’re also joining a community that includes thousands of physicians worldwide who use Clarius to deliver better patient care! And you’re joining a thrice-certified Great Place to Work!

Your Role

As Clinical Marketing Manager at Clarius, you will serve as the bridge between clinical practice and commercial execution. You'll translate clinical evidence, customer insights, and real-world workflows into compelling messaging, educational content, and adoption strategies, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, Clinical, and Product teams.

This role is ideal for a clinically trained sonographer who is ready to apply their expertise beyond the clinic, shaping how Clarius communicates its value to clinicians, professional societies, and industry stakeholders worldwide.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Translate clinical evidence and real-world workflows into clear, compelling messaging and customer-facing value propositions
  • Partner with Product Marketing to ensure positioning is clinically accurate and relevant across key customer segments
  • Develop clinical marketing content including case studies, white papers, educational guides, webinars, training materials, and blog content
  • Source, curate, and maintain a library of clinical images, videos, and procedural examples across key specialties
  • Review and approve clinical claims, ultrasound imaging, and customer-facing content for accuracy and regulatory alignment
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Design team to transform clinical content into engaging marketing and sales enablement assets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and professional societies
  • Support advisory boards, speaker programs, and customer advocacy initiatives
  • Gather customer insights to inform marketing strategy, content development, and commercial priorities
  • Identify partnership, sponsorship, and thought leadership opportunities with professional societies and educational organizations
  • Equip sales teams with clinically credible tools, messaging, and training resources
  • Support product launches with clinical content, evidence, and customer education initiatives

Your Experience so Far:

  • Diploma or degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Sonographer (RDMS, RVT, CRGS, CRCS, or equivalent), or previously registered
  • 4+ years of clinical ultrasound experience
  • Familiarity with point-of-care ultrasound environments preferred
  • Experience in clinical marketing, education, medical affairs, or healthcare communications is an asset
  • Background in MSK, Primary Care, Aesthetics, or POCUS is an asset
  • Experience working with KOLs, professional societies, or presenting at conferences or webinars is an asset

Location, Travel and Compensation:

This is a remote role, ideally based within commutable distance of our Vancouver, BC office for occasional onsite collaboration. Salary range is $105,000 - $125,000 CAD, with travel expected at around 25%.

More Reasons to Consider:

The Product and Mission: A career at Clarius goes beyond just a job; it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the healthcare system and the lives of countless individuals by making medical imaging more accessible, affordable, and user-friendly through innovation.

Benefits from Day 1: Get full access to your comprehensive benefits package made available from your very first day.

Volunteer Days: Make a difference with paid volunteer days during working hours, supporting causes that matter to you.

Professional Development Program: We're big fans of continuous learning, and we invest in your growth with financial support for programs, seminars, conferences, and courses.
