About the Opportunity
- Perform three-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips
Manage AP inbox and ensure proper processing
Process invoices and prepare cheque runs
Handle overdue approvals, vendor inquiries, and discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements and maintain records
Support administrative tasks as needed
About You
Minimum 1 year of full-cycle Accounts Payable is required
Experience with an ERP system, Jonas is highly preferred
Strong communication skills written and verbal
Experience with Jonas Software is highly favoured
CPA Enrolled is nice-to-have
Advanced Excel - Pivot tables, vlookups
Salary Range
60,000 / year
