Our client specializes in the field of automation and control. They are looking for a Shop Manager.
- Determine the production activity schedule, optimizing company resources and completing the work on time;
- In colaboration with the project manager, order and expedite supplies, equipment and services needed to complete projects;
- Perform needed tests on parts, components, and systems to ensure the proper functioning;
- Communicate with the President and project managers during manufacturing regarding design issues and delivery timelines;
- Determine the packaging needs of the systems and organize the shipment of complete systems;
- Ensure record keeping, document signatures, CSA certification of the panels, etc.
