Job descriptionAn undergraduate degree in sales & marketing, or business administration, or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Extensive truck parts industry-related sales (3+ years) or management experience is strongly preferred (e.g., Truck parts, tires, lube, fuel, batteries, etc.) Experience calling on transportation customers with heavy-duty tractor truck fleets or other vocational truck fleets. Self-sufficient with Microsoft Office tools, and experience using CRM software. Experience with AS400 would be an added asset, (but not mandatory). Bilingual (English & French) would be a valuable (but not essential) asset. Valid G-License for travel and day to day commute. Strong business development and sales skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively market and communicate product features and benefits Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is a plus

Responsibilities :
- Conduct truck parts sales through face-to-face interactions with both potential & existing customers in a B2B environment.
- Travel within sales territory to meet prospects & customers, conduct outbound calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily.
- Ensure collection of payments from customers through constant touch base and liaise with account receivables team for regular follow-up.
- Build & maintain relationships with new & existing customers, maintain record of all potential sales leads & customer accounts.
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer specific needs.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities, provide timely market intel feedback to management.
- Work closely with warehouse & procurement team on new product / part demand & price position in market.
- Work closely with the marketing department to help build the brand.
