Job description

Sales & Account Management

Embark on an exciting journey as a Sales Analyst with our dynamic client! You’ll be the driving force behind their sales operations, leveraging your analytical powers to uncover insights, streamline processes, and propel their business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate client communications and sales documentation
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive sales strategies
  • Contribute to the overall success of their fast-paced sales environment
  • Coordinate meetings/appointments, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure timely communication
  • Work collaboratively to ensure client needs are met efficiently
  • Track sales targets, prepare reports to monitor progress
  • Assist in onboarding new clients; provide necessary documentation and support
  • Analyze sales, shipment, market, and financial data to uncover insights and identify opportunities

Key Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in a sales analyst, sales support, customer service, or administrative role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a strong asset

Salary Range: $50,000-$58,000
