Job descriptionCreate exceptional mealtime experiences for our residents and their families through the provision of delicious and well-balanced meals fostering exemplary relationships with residents and their families while focusing on flexible dining and customer service. Follow meal plans in accordance with Physicians orders and nutritional guidelines and are able to lead other team members in pursuit of a resident-centered dining experience. Support and embrace our resident-centered social culture and be proud to deliver the highest quality of service to our residents visitors and team members through comprehensive and effective support Grade 12 or equivalent. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of therapeutic diets. Produced food in large quantities preferably in a hospital or long-term care setting. Have proven leadership abilities. Contribute toward a resident-centered care approach ensuring respect and dignity to all residents. Worked as a co-operative team member.
