  • Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business and system requirements for industrial fabrication processes (e.g., piping fabrication, QA/QC, materials tracking, production reporting).
  • Partner with fabrication shop leadership and subject matter experts to deeply understand current‑state operations, constraints, and improvement opportunities.
  • Gathers, documents, designs, validates, and gains sign off on business system user requirements.

  • Develop use case scenarios, user stories, and training material.
  • Validates designs and builds consensus with subject matter experts.
  • Creates and executes change management plans to drive acceptance, adoption, minimize resistance, and maximize engagement and efficiencies.
  • Provides robust, customer centric support to all users.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience is required.
  • Post-secondary education in information systems, information technology, business administration, commerce, computing science or a related field is required.
