Job descriptionBase salary starting at $48,000 / year Uncapped sales commission program allowing for total compensation between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on performance. Opportunities for advancement within the company based on your performance and commitment Modern office, state-of-the-art IT equipment A stable schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. to 4 : 30 p.m. Vacation starting in the first year, RRSP (FTQ Fund), group insurance 50% paid by the employer (life, disability, professional and health services, eye exams). Sales experience in a retail or related sector Good communication skills in English (bilingualism not required) English refresher courses available. No flooring knowledge required, training available in-house. Comfortable with a computerized environment (use of multiple software programs) and Microsoft Office Suite.

What will your day-to-day look like :
- Work on customer quote requests generated by our online sales platform (Inbound).
- Work from a customer list provided by the company.
- No cold calling or prospecting for new customers. Build quotes based on client needs and close sales.
- Manage the complete sales cycle via telephone and our e-commerce platform : submitting quotes, negotiating, and closing.
- Work with clients who are both individuals and industry professionals (installers, contractors, etc.).
- Speak with clients located across Canada and the United States, therefore most often in English.
- Communicate with our various suppliers to obtain various information to support you in the sale of their products.
- Inform customers about the characteristics and uses of different products.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and follow-ups using CRM software.
- Provide customers with an exceptional buying experience by being solution-oriented.
- Collaborate with our internal teams (logistics, customer service, purchasing) to provide impeccable service and build customer loyalty.
